Before/After School Locations

Our Programs are designed to provide children with a fun environment in which they can learn and grow. At the same time, we seek to provide parents with a sense of security in knowing that their children are getting cared for in a safe and nurturing environment. And finally, we seek to work in a partnership with school districts to prepare these children for a bright future.

The staff at your Kid Care Connection site are selected with care. Not only do we look for experience with children when hiring, we also hold to an expectation of professionalism. Our staff are encouraged, supported and trained in all areas of their job by the Director of Operations. Training covers a vast majority of skills throughout the year, as we constantly empower our staff to be model child-care providers. It is our hope that each staff member will seek to build a strong working partnership with the staff at your school, and with the parents of our children.
